2. Excellent Purchase AND Service

   Never had this brand or these 'styles'...with the assistance of knittinghelp folks (thank you! Sheldon) I was able to purchase. Cables are great and needles are excellent...so good -in fact- that I ordered the other Combo. The NOVA PLATINA are rapidly becoming my go-to favorite! Both the product AND the service from knittinghelp staff was GREAT! Happy to support my one of my favorite on-line knitting websites! ~zjg~

3. great sampling of needles

   I have only ever knit with craft store needles and was looking to upgrade, but to what, I was not sure. I came across this sampler set while watching a video and clicked on the link. How exciting!
   I have tried all three and while they are all lovely, I really like the Nova and I think I will buy a full set in the future.
   The cable is delightfully flexible, unlike my old craft store needles. The difference is night and day. The flexibility of the cable made magic loop a fun and pleasant experience instead of a fight with rigid plastic loops.

4. A must buy!

   This combo package was a great way to try out the different styles of needles. I have used all three and I am hard-pressed to make a decision as to which one I like best - which in some ways is great because I like them all! You really cannot go wrong with this set. I wish there were more sets to choose from even with these same needle sizes - just to try out other style of needles
   Perhaps the most impressive was the lightning fast shipping! Ordered Monday and received Wednesday!

6. Cubics needle broke

   I received my Comby Interchangeable Sample Set - 1. I immediately loved the Dreamz needles and was curious about the Cubics. I tried the Cubics and really liked it but one of the needles broke and is now unusable. I contacted Knitterspride.com for a replacement but have not heard back from them.

7. Can't Go Wrong With These!

   I bought this sampler set to try out the three types of needles to decide which set I might like to buy. I'm still in the process of testing them out, but it's going to be a hard decision for sure. All the needles are well made and feel good in hand. The joins are smooth and the cords are thin and flexible, but strong. Using the included tightening key, these needles absolutely do not come unscrewed while knitting, They're so secure in fact that I needed to use the key again to loosen them when I wanted to take them off.
   
   There is a little curling of the cord from being coiled tightly in the package, but unlike the cheapies you get at most craft stores, these cords relax a lot when you start knitting, and aren't a problem. I can tell it would be easy to do magic loop with these cords.
   
   Even if I decide to buy a full set of one of these needles, this sampler set in 3 popular sizes will come in handy for those times when I have a few projects going at once.
   
   As far as my experience with the merchant, KnittingHelp delivered my order quickly and it was packaged with special care to ensure the delicate needles arrived in perfect condition.
   I also had a question prior to ordering, and recieved a professional answer in a timely manor.

8. The Best!!

   Received these in 3 days after I ordered. Have only used the cubics and short cord but love these. The tightening key is the trick to keeping them tight. I have used them daily since I received them and not a problem. After I try the other 2 I will review more. The cubics, so far, are my choice. These are my first interchangeable needles and I won't go back to straights.

10. Top-notch sample set

    I purchased this set because I wanted to try out the different needles and I really wanted to see if the cords would stay put on the needles while I was knitting. I've heard of cords coming undone while knitting, letting stitches fall off the cord. Well, I haven't had that problem at all. I do have to say that so far, I've only used the cubics with the short cord. The short cord does get the most stress, and it has not come loose at all. And I've used it almost exclusively for 3 - 4 days and have not babied it. The cord is very flexible but not wimpy and hods up nicely to daily use. Oh: I did make sure to use the little tool to tighten the cord, and it seems to work great. The cords have not loosened with use at all.
    
    Also, I love the cubics! I'm a convert. When I buy needles in the future, it will be interchangeable cubics with more different sizes of cords. I've been using them with tough cotton dish cloth cotton, and they've held up extremely well. They are very nice to hold in my hand and the points are just right; slender and pointy, but not so sharp that I can't push on them a little when I need to. I love the way the cubics feel in my hands and they do seem to decrease the stress on my hands. They're just so easy to hold and feel great in my hands.
    
    Later, after I've had a chance to try out the other two needles and the long cord, I'll write another review on them. But so far this has been an excellent starter set to determine what kind of interchangeable needles I may buy in the future. So far my vote is for the cubics.
