    I have only used the metal size 8 needle ,very smooth easy to Use however the needles did unscrew while knitting ,I'm glad I purchased the set good for test run but will stick with my Denise I did like the cable not too stiff

    This is my second sampler set of interchangeable needles within two weeks... First I ordered the Sampler II (which comes with smaller needle sizes). I wanted to continue to sample the different needle tip styles/materials before settling on a full set of any one kind. The cords and needles are of excellent quality. The joins are pretty darn smooth. I can say that I had a superb customer service experience, because one pair of needles broke during shipping; I emailed knittinghelp.com and they responded very quickly, saying they'd get a replacement set of needles out to me right away. (as of the time of this review, I don't have the replacement needles yet but they should be here soon.) Very pleased with this product.

14. Try Them! You'll Like Them!!

    After years of knitting with straights, I thought I would check out circulars. This is the perfect product to try before you buy. I've only used the Nova tips so far but I'm very pleased. The yarn doesn't catch on the joins. The cord is very flexible. And the tips are very slick. I love the Novas so far. I'm going to add the Nova set to my wish list.
    
    I was so pleased with this set that I turned around and order the Comby Set II, which just came in the mail. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but soon, very soon. :)

    What a great way to try three excellent products ! I was curious about the Dreamz and was happy to find that the one in this set is perfect for the shawl I am working on. I've tried cubics before but not in wood. The sizes offered are the most useful for me. Also, I love the feel and flexibility of the cable. I know I will be buying at least one full set from these samples. So far its definitely the Dreamz. Highly recommend !!

    My sample package arrived today and I couldn't wait to try the Dreamz on my shawl pattern. I love the feel of the needle and the very slight drag I get with my yarn. It is exactly what I wanted.. Great cable too.
    I already have the nova cubic in a fixed circular. I'm happy to get the chance to try out the cubic in the wood variation. I honestly feel that cubics helped me when I was having trouble with tennis elbow.
    What a great way to try out 3 different knitting needle styles.

17. Best knitting purchase so far!

    I really enjoy this item; the cables are very flexible and unlike some of the cheaper circular needles I have there are no awkward kinks in the line. When tight, the yarn is able to smoothly slide over the needles without any sort of snags. I do find, however, that I have to tighten my needles every couple of rows or so because they seem inclined to unscrew themselves (I don't really see this as a huge deal. Just a bit annoying). Maybe if there was some sort of 'locking' mechanism? I've seen some other companies using a 'click' style of fastening. (I haven't actually tried these needles, however). THat being said, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering purchasing them.
    
    Sadly, my pair of Cubics snapped right above the metal threading part. At least I still have two other pairs to work with! :) I'm not sure what the return policy is on such things? I only just bought these about a month ago :( )

    This is an awesome way to try out three wonderful needle options for interchangeable sets. The only problem I have now is I WANT ALL THREE Interchangeable sets! Instead of driving yourself crazy with choices get this set to help you make up your mind.

19. Great Portable Sampler kit

    I bought this as I was curious about these needles and this was the best way to sample in the sizes that I use most frequently. Well it has become my indespensable travel kit. There is room in the case to keep my necessary tools: crochet needle, measure tape, etc and I love the needles. All of them. It took a bit of getting used to using the flexible narrow cable but I am really enjoying them all. I travel a lot and this is the perfect airplane companion.
    
    I find I really like the square wooden needles for working with cotton yarns which otherwise slip so much on the steel. The steel points are great for working with wools. And of course the regular wooden rounds are fine for anything.
    
    Now I just have to decide which to purchase when I add to my needles. But I adore this set.

20. love the cable

    i tried magic loop knitting for the first time with these. it worked great. have another brand of interchangable's and the cables are too short and stiff to do magic loop method. i used the metal # 8 needles and they were very smooth and easy - will probably order a set of these. the #7 needle broke as i was tightening it to cable - very disappointed. haven't tried the #6 yet.
